My name is Fred Ellis.

I was born and raised in southern Oregon. I have had Pembroke Welsh Corgis off and on for 45 years. I love the breed for many reasons. Temperament, loyalty, health, and compatibility are just a few major ones.

I told myself that when I retire I would raise the best quality, according to breed standard, corgis I could achieve. To ensure the integrity of the breed, I do genetic testing on all my breeding stock.

Honesty to all prospective buyers is paramount to a successful program. Temperament is important, as the majority of the dogs that are born become family pets. I hand-selected my stock for temperament, health, and conformation. I am hoping to produce show stock for myself and to meet the standards of the AKC description for Pembroke welsh corgis.
